Partito Pirata / I Pirati (Pirate Party / The Pirates)
The Partito
Pirata is another Pirate Party in Italy, led by Marco Marsili. It is not
recognized by the Pirate Parties International, and it recently was prohibited
from using name and symbols reminiscent of the "true" Pirate Parties [1].
Interestingly enough, in contrast to the PPI, it contested the February 2013
elections, without any success, though.
The flag is orange, shows white
skull and crossed sabers, the well-known Pirate Party symbol (black sail) and
the  URL of the (former) website[2,3,4].

This is a rather small party, so I guess they will go on using their old
flags in spite of the court rulings.
